Here is how process will look like:
1. We will sign Letter of Intent with anyone who is interested.
2. We will hire independent inspection and evaluators to determine condition of the property, market value and market rent.
3. We are not offering some unrealistic monthly income, or unrealistic quick sale. We are offering a couple alternatives to traditional listing or renting for those that may not benefit from traditional listings or renting. One option will cover most or all the costs of the property until the house can sell at a price that will return at least the money invested. In the meantime, costs and management are covered. They don’t have to deal with Realtors, commissions, showings, tenants, vacancies, damages, or repairs. For investors that are still willing to take some risk to profit on their properties, we can propose a joint venture type structure,
4. Our company will sign an agreement with the investors to find Rent To Own tenant buyer for the property.
5. HBC will take over responsibility for the property until it is sold..
