Q: Do you buy leased land?

A: Yes, on a case by case basis.

Q: Where do you buy homes?

A: Residential homes anywhere in Canada and the USA. We will also entertain commercial multi-family unit apartment properties on a case by case basis in other parts of Canada and USA.

Q: Will you buy a leaky condo?

A: Only if an engineer’s report has been published and the funds appropriated or you remain responsible for any future repairs as outlined in the lease purchase contract..

Q: Do you buy homes damaged from marijuana grow operations?

A: Indeed yes. We buy many each year and are experts on restoring the homes to a pristine condition. At HBC, we have hired experts on call repairing and renovating homes all the time.
