Buyer – My experience with rent to own was simple and straight forward. The process couldn’t have gone any smoother. Seller – We have successfully and happily completed three or four substantial property transactions in the past twenty years or so with Andrew Rezmer and his Home Buying Center team.
Andrew will have better recall than us, at this point, of those transactions, but in every case he and his team honoured our agreements and did their absolute best to maintain our confidence.

When I left my home province for work, I was unable to sell my residence. It sat more or less empty for many years. It was a tremendous burden, financially, mentally, and emotionally. It weighed on me daily and seemed hopeless. Through Home Buying Centre Group, I was able to enter an arrangement that saw me relieved of expenses and upkeep of the property for a number of years, pending sale to a buyer. A buyer was found, and the sale closed last week. It’s most relieved I’ve felt in my life.
